About 9th Garage

KEEPING PASSION ALIVE.

9th Garage was born out of a passion for engines and a simple idea: keeping vehicles alive when they risk being sidelined due to a missing component.

In the automotive and powersports worlds, it is becoming increasingly common to run into parts that are out of production, hard to find, or simply designed around criteria that can be improved today.

That is where 9th Garage comes in.

We combine engineering expertise, CAD design, and reverse engineering to analyze, reproduce, and redesign components no longer offered by the market, striving to find concrete solutions to problems that might otherwise bring a project to an end.

We aren't interested in simply replicating a part.

Whenever possible, we analyze the original component to understand its geometry, functionality, and critical points, with the goal of developing a solution that maintains its core characteristics while improving functionality, reliability, or design where necessary.

Production is handled in-house using FDM 3D printing for components up to 340 × 320 × 340 mm. For larger dimensions, producing the part in multiple pieces is evaluated.

From design to manufacturing, the goal is to keep maximum control over the entire process internally.

Because behind every component, there is more than just a piece of hardware.

There is a motorcycle that needs to get back on the track.

A car that deserves to be restored.

A project that someone refuses to give up on.

This is 9th Garage.

OUR FOUNDER

9th Garage was founded by Matteo, an engineer and creator of the project, who holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a deep passion for motorsports.

His technical background developed primarily in CAD design and engineering of mechanical components and light structural metalwork, building an approach over time that merges design, analysis, and attention to detail.

Along with his engineering background, he has specialized training in the two-wheel world gained by attending a race motorcycle mechanic course, deepening his technical and practical knowledge of mechanics and racing bike setup.

His passion for motorcycles also found an outlet in online content creation. On his YouTube channel, Matteo mainly documents dirt bike restoration projects, sharing the work, challenges, and technical solutions along the way.

9th Garage is the direct result of combining these experiences:

Engineering precision, a racing mindset, and a passion for vehicles that deserve a second chance.
